To enhance the customer experience, The Tec Network has established VAR partnerships and supply chain technologies. In addition to offering Cisco, Juniper, HP, and other OEM networking hardware with lifetime warranties, The Tec Network has server and storage custom builds backed with a 3-year warranty. Vendor relationships have also expanded to include Apple iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs.

The Tec Network was founded by Jason Wheeler, who has been guiding the customer experience in the network equipment industry for almost 20 years. His team of dedicated professionals brings an exceptional level of experience delivering quality and excellence. When will I get my gear?

We make every effort to ship the same day for in-stock orders placed before 2 pm PST. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground in the continental US. All other orders are shipped best effort and are subject to availability.

How do I pay?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee). Companies may also apply for credit (net 30 days). Contact your Account Manager for details.

I’m not sure I trust used hardware. How used is it?

The hardware we sell is still viable in today’s network systems. Each unit goes through a rigorous 21-point testing process. When our products leave our warehouse, we guarantee they are fully functional and in like-new condition.

Do your products include a real warranty?

Yes. We stand behind what we sell. Our refurbished networking hardware comes with a Lifetime Warranty, We also provide a 3-year warranty on server and storage products.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are valid 30 days from the date of purchase and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call us at 1-805-242-5550 for an RMA number to start the process.

I’m not sure what I need for my network.

Please call us! We have Cisco certified engineers on staff to assist with any and all network design options.

I can’t get a delivery date from my original equipment manufacturer. Can you help?

Yes. Our independent channels give us access to fully-tested refurbished hardware. We are currently quoting in stock, off-the shelf inventory and up to next-day delivery.
