We are looking for an individual with a great attitude who wants to be a part of the team. Experience is preferred with configuring and testing switches, routers, wireless, and security devices. The candidate should be a self-starter who is able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. Job Requirements & Expectations:

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, HP, and other platforms of networking equipment.
• Clean equipment for testing, thoroughly inspect for any cosmetic damage, validate Part IDs and serial numbers, and refurbish and repair equipment to like-new condition.
• Accurately log equipment attributes and test logs in ERP module.
• Provide assistance and technical support to customers, vendors, and company personnel regarding equipment issues.
• Interface and maintain communication per task with all departments including Operations, Purchasing, Administration, Sales, Marketing, and Management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Perform other duties and assist other departments as needed. This includes but is not limited to shipping, receiving, and ordering warehouse supplies.

This position is key to the company and is involved in daily general activities that ensure our business runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to engage with and support all departments, including Accounting, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. The candidate should be a self-starter who is organized, can work quickly and smartly, and is able to multitask and meet deadlines. Clear communication and the ability to pay attention to details are a must.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

• Manage the overall sales process of generating and delivering orders and invoices in a timely fashion using our Global ERP platform
• Ensure outgoing documents include correct legal language, e.g. disclaimers and warranties
• Communicate effectively and professionally in emails
• Assist all departments as needed
• Monitor and maintain office inventory
• Light phones as needed

We are looking for an experienced  sales representative who enjoys and takes pride in establishing and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to make connections and assist with customers’ needs. This position starts with a competitive base salary and will move to full commission.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

• Generate new leads and turn sales prospects into orders
• Ability to make 100+ phone calls a day
• Maintain contact lists using CRM software
• Ability to travel to tradeshows or visit customers as needed
• Technical knowledge of networking equipment is desired but not required

Experience & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of sales experience
• Ability to use a personal computer and other software including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP platforms a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Effective communication skills – face-to-face, in emails, and on the phone
