Tec-Assure plans are customizable and can be enhanced with features to maximize your network’s uptime in the event of a product failure. For less critical needs, replacements parts can be shipped for next day delivery. For higher severity issues, on-site replacement parts are available. Technical assistance is also offered at increasing levels of availability, ranging from 1-hour response time during business hours to 24x7x4 support.

What is Third-Party Maintenance?
Third-party maintenance is an alternative option to traditional OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) extended warranty support. OEM extended warranties can be added to the original warranty that comes with purchased new hardware. OEM warranties continue coverage on equipment until it reaches EOL (End of Life) or EOS (End of Support). Third-party maintenance plans are ideal for extended and post-warranty OEM support. Third-party plans can cover most of  the hardware in a network, including OEM brand names, third-party equipment, and even EOL and EOS equipment. Plans can be customized and are typically half the cost of the OEM.
